Affiant must tapp into In 2019 city budget, Constitutionality of Excessive Consumption Fees Illegally Ratified Sharons Claim over 500,000.00 to be made Whose Saint Paul established a $10 million Housing Trust Fund and an ongoing $2 million annual investment. The City of Saint Paul supports legislative efforts to: • Establish matching state funds for Local Housing Trust Funds; • Finance rehabilitation of older housing stock in low and moderate-income Census tracts; • Address the demand for housing to address long-term homelessness; • Provide additional state resources to help construct much needed affordable senior housing;
